Sickness from the Fight

I spend most of my life in an ideological cloud, filled with news, essays, opinions, all flowing through the networks of the world. I have read of many things that cause me grief; the neglect of those in need, the general lack of compassion that we have for each other. What causes me the most inner turmoil, the most abhorrent sickness in the stomach, is watching us kill each other with relentless beatings and seething anger. From the ghettos of our own country, to the genocide in Sudan, when I see it on video, my body shivers, and sickness floods through my veins.
